Staff members whose forte is in insurance investigations have undergone extensive and comprehensive training programs with the majority having a history in the State or Federal Police Services. They are dedicated to identifying the facts behind any incident, yet have the compassion, knowledge and experience to evaluate each claim on an individual basis.

As would be expected, our preliminary, progress and final reports are based on factual information gathered during the course of an investigation and do not contain speculation or personal assumptions. Our operatives are equipped with both standard and specialist surveillance vehicles and have access to state of the art surveillance equipment.
