The company was incepted as Corporate Security International Pty Ltd in 1997. In August 2002, Corporate Security International branched into sections creating CSI Investigations Pty Ltd as an investigations company in its own right. Emily Scanlan has been the Managing Director of CSI since 2003.

The company is an innovative, professional and independent provider of investigative services serving a wide range of clients in the insurance, corporate and private sectors. We hold the relevant licences and approvals required to provide investigative services and comply with our obligations in respect of all relevant laws.

The Investigators at CSI are experienced, well qualified and come from varied backgrounds. CSI encourages and supports the ongoing education and training of our investigators.

As a company we place a high priority on confidentiality and on the protection of the information we collect, storing physical information in an underground, on-site purpose built concrete vault.
